Please note that the €6.30 tourist tax applies exclusively to the city of Milan, and therefore only to selected properties in Milan. Identification documents: As required by Italian law, we are required to submit valid identification documents for all guests to the Police Headquarters. To streamline the check-in process, these documents must be uploaded to our platform before accessing the property. During the winter season, all vehicles (including rental cars) must be equipped with winter tyres and/or snow chains, as required by local regulations. Please make sure your car is properly equipped before arrival. Please note that the property will be prepared for the exact number of guests indicated in the reservation (basic linen kit for two people, double bed). Any additional guests or changes to the bed configuration will incur an extra charge and must be requested through the booking channel at least 12 hours before arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
